Hampton Inn Bloomington West

Loved free breakfast, newly renovated room.

That hotel was in a good and perfect location, in a nice area close to everything. I was offered a great breakfast with healthy options. Everything met expectation, I would like to stay there on the next trip.

Location: the hotel was just next door to restaurants, the Disthil brewery, and Bloomington for a concert. Units with 2 queen beds.

Hotel was handy for traveling on freeway south and needing a place to sleep for a night. It is nice when a hotel also serves breakfast, so thank you.

I liked everything i saw. The stay was quiet and peacefull.

I recently stayed for two nights in a queen room with two queen beds, and I loved how close we were to the McLean County Museum of History, just a quick 3.5 km stroll away, and the beautiful Miller Park Zoo, only 3 km away, making our weekend filled with good walks to explore local culture and nature.

Location. PLENTY of towels.

Bathtub was not clean, tile was not clean. Behind bathroom door in corner, not clean. Bathroom sink needed more cleaning. Made me then question cleanliness of room.

Quiet, clean rooms. Good breakfast.

On our 2nd night at the hotel, we had someone call our room at 9:30 PM and ask for me by name. They identified themselves as the front desk staff and requested my credit card number (which I had already given when we checked in the previous day). When I would not give the number over the phone, the caller quickly hung up on me. I then walked down to the front desk and they denied calling our room. I suspect the caller was fishing for info, but how did they get both my name and room number?!? Very strange and upsetting!!

Good parking and nice fitness center, but walls felt too thin for quiet sleep.

The queen room was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a peaceful night's sleep. The hot water in the shower had great pressure and was consistent throughout our 2-night stay.

I appreciated the cozy seating and fresh decor in the lobby, made moving around effortless and enjoyable for seniors like myself. The clean areas and attentive staff created a cute atmosphere throughout my stay.

More breakfast options for seniors would be helpful.

The room was clean and recently updated, with comfortable furnishings and easy access to plenty of outlets for my devices, great for work. The staff provided efficient service, particularly at check-in, where they were very courteous. I also appreciated the clean breakfast area and the variety of options available each morning.
